Limetree Beach Resort by Club Wyndham

They kept charging my credit card every couple if days & I didn’t authorize it . The last day thru charged me $575 and when I asked what it was for they told me it was just a hold. It did hit home off so I am disputing it .

Very quiet, great beach and pool, uncrowded.

Didn’t like having the bathroom on a different level from the bed.

The property was absolutely beautiful. What was most important was the staff. Manuel(property manager) really took it upon himself to make a booking disaster(not the property's fault) into a normal and very enjoyable experience for us. We'd also like to personally thank the rest of the phenomenal staff that aided in our stay , Micaela, Kirsten and the other concierge gentleman(sorry cant remember his name), Ashley and Michai were all very instrumental in our extraordinary visit. We would definitely visit Limetree resort again !

We were asked to move into another room because another guest demanded the room we were in. The staff ungraded us to a bigger and better room for no additional charge

Had a great stay here! A couple of problems with the suite were fixed promptly. Good food and drinks, great location with pleasant views. Lots of space in the one-bedroom suite.

I wish all rooms were nice and clean as room 224 and without carpet, we had to switch rooms one we were give first had very dirty carpet and smelled like mold, we were not offered any compensation for getting smaller room, restaurant was just ok, same food every day, one of the worst things was all those bugs, we had bugs bites all over our bodies, I wish management was doing something about that Best thing was our Taxi service, Kim was great driver , always available upon our requests I wish I would say will come back .. but unfortunately it is not the resort I would recommend

You have all the amenities of a small apartment and a beach right down the sidewalk. It was beautiful and relaxing. We would definitely stay here again!

The apt was nice, modern, good closet space, clean, and it's a pretty, small resort, right on the water, with big pool on the beach too. There's a bar/restaurant on the water for nice sunsets and happy hour menu, and a pool restaurant and market too. The beach is a bit rocky and has no shade but there are some chairs above the beach facing water on the grass, though watch out for iguanas falling from trees!

We had asked for an early check in and arrived hours before check in at 4 pm and were told the room was being cleaned and expedited since we were on premises. It wasn't ready until after 4 pm and there was very poor communication between housekeeping, front desk and management, eg, apparently the HVAC was broken in room we were awaiting but no one told front desk. We were texted that room was ready, but then waited 2 additional hours. They tried to offer us a different room but we wanted to wait for the better room. Staff encountered in lobby were not helpful and fairly hostile which unfortunately soured the first day. There were fairly rowdy pool bar guests which was annoying and could hear from our unit's balcony too. There are an entertaining number of iguanas, ducks, hens and roosters wandering around but never saw staff cleaning up their poops and stepped in some on the grass which was unfortunate. Taxis to the property from ferry and airport are pricey, about $23-25 per person which adds up for a family. We were there just for a weekend and wouldn't stay there longer unless had a rental car to explore the pretty beaches, go out for dinners etc since taking taxis to venture out would be too expensive for a family since charged per person everywhere.

Were kicked out of our family reservations of 3 suites the day before we were to begin our vacation. Luckily for us and them they did get us rooms at Margaritaville which we found very nice so i can't really rate the resort because we didn't get to stay there.
