Breakfast lady was rude and was picking what everyone was allowed to get bc she need to say stuff for others. Some people weren’t even allowed drinks. She constantly wanted to complain about people eating

I walk in and your staff was very RUDE NASTY AND NOT WELCOMING PLACE AND ROOM WASN'T CLEAN HAD A MUSTY ODOUR DO I DIDN'T STAY I CHECK OUT IMMEDIATELY

The friendliness if the staff could be better the hotel should be cleaner and smell better appearance could be better management was very rude not welcoming need to wook with strays not human

The breakfast was okay.

The front desk asked me to pay a mandatory deposit of $150 from a debit card that took one week to return to my account. No elevator so we asked to stay on first floor. It was very wet and smelly.

Location was close to the highway and many dining options.

Room was dirty, bedding had stains on the sheets, mattress and pillows smelled musty. Dirty, not mopped floors with visible spills, ac unit with soil residue in the vent. Furniture felt sticky with accumulated dust. Stains on the ceiling. Front desk wouldn’t acknowledge guests upon entry or even responded back with good morning/ afternoon. Key entry to multiple doors didn’t work ( pool, side doors) - staff claimed that battery needs to be charged. Very outdated, stinky and stuffy hallways, stairs, walls. Breakfast was extremely limited in choices, juice diluted with water, yogurt and milk stored in a portable cooler filled with ice resting on a chair. Really unpleasant, unsanitary conditions. Won’t be booking this hotel again.

It had a bed

Dirty (bed, comforter, bathroom), there were wires coming out of a hole in the wall in the middle of the room, tv was like the one I had in 2003, it had the "landlord special" paint job. No bottled water in room, lobby or bar available, was told to go to the supermarket across the street.

They cancelled both our nights because we didn’t check in for the first night, until 10am the next morning. We were still going and needed the room in the morning so would pay for both nights. Instead they cancelled the whole trip and rebooked our room still charging us
