Parents or a legal guardian traveling with children under 18 years must present the child's birth certificate and an identity card with photo (passport, for example) at the check-in. For international travels to Brazil, if just one of the parents is traveling with the child, she/he must present – in addition to the child's certificate of birth and identity card with photo – a letter authorizing the trip signed by the other parent with a notarial certification of signature. In case the parents or the legal guardian, as applicable, cannot or are unwilling to give this authorization, a judicial authorization is required. People who intend to travel to Brazil with children must consult with the Brazilian consulate before traveling for more information. Pool access available from 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM. One child 7 years old or younger stays free when occupying the parent or guardian's room, using existing bedding. Only registered guests are allowed in the guestrooms. "Bom atendimento"

Gostei mas na noite anterior saia agua quente marrom na torneira da pia. Tirei foto e filmei a agua marrom. No dia do check out demorei 45 min para retornar ao quarto pois a chave não funcionava no elevador mesmo apos trocar ela na recepção ..... 2 incidentes não comuns em hoteis dessa categoria.

Café da manhã maravilhoso. Bom saber que o Hotel se preocupa com pessoas que tem uma certa intolerância a glúten e lactose. Podem apenas aumentar os produtos. E dispor de mais opções para quem precisa reduzir açúcar. O quarto, executive room , tem um conforto e uma cama com colchão maravilhoso. E dorme até 3 pessoas. Nosso filho, de 16 anos, optou por dormir conosco. A segunda opção de cama que o quarto oferece, o colchão não é confortável, é incompatível com o tamanho de 1,80cm, sua altura.

Minha estadia foi rápida. Escolhi o hotel pela localização ótima e pela brinquedoteca e piscina. Brinquedoteca porém deixou a desejar, pois alem de funcionar apenas sábado e domingo até as 17h, ainda tinha um custo extra.

Sou hóspede frequente no WIB. A localização do hotel incrível, o novo café do lobby também é muito bom. Porém os recorrentes problemas na gravação do cartão do quarto são frustrantes. Além disso, o quarto tinha um odor forte nessa última estadia. No restante, tudo muito bom!
