Parents or a legal guardian traveling with children under 18 years must present the child's birth certificate and an identity card with photo (passport, for example) at the check-in. For international travels to Brazil, if just one of the parents is traveling with the child, she/he must present – in addition to the child's certificate of birth and identity card with photo – a letter authorizing the trip signed by the other parent with a notarial certification of signature. In case the parents or the legal guardian, as applicable, cannot or are unwilling to give this authorization, a judicial authorization is required. People who intend to travel to Brazil with children must consult with the Brazilian consulate before traveling for more information. Pool access available from 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM. One child 7 years old or younger stays free when occupying the parent or guardian's room, using existing bedding. Only registered guests are allowed in the guestrooms. Me hospedo neste hotel desde à época que ele fazia parte da Rede Blue Tree,depois virou Bourbon e agora Wyndham.O nível do hotel agora voltou a ser o que foi e até melhor do que na época do Blue Tree. Gostei muito da estadia e com certeza retornarei dentro em breve!

O hotel vale pela localização e atendimento, no entanto deixa a desejar no quesito do Wi-Fi que não funciona no quarto, tinha lâmpada queimada, custo muito alto das refeições no restaurante…

Tivemos problema no café da manhã. Chegamos próximo do horário das 10:30h entendendo que esse era o horário de chegada. Mal pegamos algumas frutas uma pessoa veio avisar que o café encerrava às 10:30. Indaguei se precisamos deixar o local e eles informaram que tinha uma tolerância de 10 minutos. Nesse intervalo começou um desmonte total, inclusive faxina no chão com resíduos de comidas beirando nossos pés. Entendemos que devíamos nos retirar. O que seria uma estadia de lazer resultou numa frustração. A disciplina parecia de exercito. O chefe tentou justificar que os funcionários iriam trabalhar no almoço de outro restaurante do hotel. Claro, nada justifica esse tratamento num hotel da categoria do Wyndham.
