"Its the only five star property in that particular location - ,added bonus being a Taj hotel !"

Professional and courteous staff. Its an old property ;bathrooms are a bit outdated. Room has bare minimum amanitas. Overhaul a very good experience never the less

Phone reservation staff need to be more attuned to customer needs and not take customers for granted. This was pointed out in a written complaint to the hotel management. As the day before arrival ,reservations tried to shuttle us to a different hotel claiming some rooms were under maintenance; and this without even asking us if we were aggregable e to this.
