The minibar was totally empty except for can of coke. There was nothing to eat. No welcome fruits provided in the room. Which usually Taj hotels do arrange beforehand or arrival.

Everything is best at this place , me n my family stayed at the Taj Club rooms and it was exceptionally excellent n magnificent n the sea view… it’s worth every money spent ! Thank you heritage TAJ

Maybe more flexible cocktail hours and accessible to the room also if there are people who cannot come to lounge if any medical issues

The location and the hotel’s heritage charm remain appealing.

The property is tired and poorly maintained. Upon arrival, I found opened water bottles instead of fresh ones, and the bathroom hadn’t been serviced. Throughout my stay, the electronics were problematic, I couldn’t figure out how to turn off all the lights and eventually gave up contacting the front desk, sleeping with lights on instead. The kettle in the living room didn’t work either. Even after mentioning issues, there was minimal follow-up.
