So I booked my room through Booking.com and once I reached the hotel they allotted a room to us which I did not like at all. The view was not what I expected and then I requested to change the room upon which they said occupancy is full and cannot do anything as of now, I can only check in the evening when the other shift staff will join in. On which I was not happy n told them I'm ready to pay extra as well, on which they said they don't have any rooms. Later after a while I again requested another staff member named Lavina, explained everything to her, upon which she gave us a different room n escorted us to the previous room to check the view n she helped us with another colleague of her to take our luggage to a different room. Really a big thanks to Lavina who understood our situation n helped us n allotted a different room with a beautiful sea view. She was so ethical n professional towards her work. Really 5 star to her for her kindness n behaviour.

I'm not happy with the previous staff who said no rooms are available. When actually within half n r I got a different room. He was very stern in his decision n was saying no..

the location is great, teh staff was helpful

the breakfast wasbt great, room was old and breaking- i.e the toilet roll fell off, the shower head is old
