The property was clean. The staff were accomodating as well.

The property is in great condition. It’s basic if you just want a place to stay and do other thins. Ambiance in the dining area is nice. The breakfast and staff are very nice. Parking is limited.

Very nice and kind on-site staff (reception desk; on-site caretaker), very accomodating. Ideal for a one-night stopover between two long drives. For breakfast (included), a full cup of coffee (instead of half a cup... twice) would be appreciated. But the staff for the breakfast is very kind!

It was a pleasant stay. Rooms are clean, staff are friendly and courteous.

The place basically looks just like the pictures. The staff was friendly and check-in was easy. The place is a little off the beaten path, but was easy enough to find. I walked here from the Bus Stop only using google maps to guide me. I liked the place and would stay here again. Pros: -Close to the center of town. Easy walking -Room was clean -Room was quiet -Water Heater in the shower worked -24hr security at the front gate -Breakfast in the morning on the roof. -Close to the Jeepney hub -Many trikes in the area. finding a ride is not a problem. -Many food places not too far away. (10-15 min walk) -When I was here, there was a night market & food court in town that was fun to walk around. Cheap local street food. Cons: -Room lock was having issues and would not lock properly. It was workable, but I was happy there was security on the gate. -There is a kitchen counter and sink, but nothing to cook on and no plates/silverware etc. If you are looking for a place with a full kitchen, you might want to consider a different place.

Room is simple, clean, and has the Spanish home theme (capiz windows). Friendly staff, good breakfast (Filipino), and the place is located at the center of the town.

Very convenient for central San Fernando city. Very easy to get transport for surrounding areas.
