Balay ni Manuel ken Maria Boutique Hotel

The staffs are very friendly! The whole place will give you a very “home” ambience in the heart of San Fernando LU. Near to the center of the city. The view on the most top floor while having your breakfast is the best!! Thank you so much Balay ni Manuel Ken Maria 🙂

really had a grand time during my stay... breakfast is superb, rooms are really clean, felt nostalgic in the dining hall (very unique) and the owner and the staff are really great... thanks mam Atutubo.... God bless all of u....

Clean very friendly staff

It was great hotel or should I say more likely boarding house with class because it has curfew and we need to get back at 10PM. The place is so clean and sanitized well when we check in. Aircon and heater is working properly. They provided us sachets of bath essential like toothpaste and shampoo, even if they have no slippers for cold floor and BATHROOM SLIPPER too. I would suggest that they provide bathroom slippers. I love the bed the room and they offer us kettle if we want to drink hot water. Towel smeels good and clean The bed folded neatly, the only thing is the curtain. Maliwanag at kita ang mga dumadaan sa labas pag umaga at kita ang nasa loob pag gabi, so there's no privacy inside pag gabi na dahil kita ang ginagawa But staffs aree good and the breakfast is so delicious, served and cook well. Over all, it is a great place for relaxation.

Property was spanish colonial filipino style themed. Breakfast was included with a nice selection of dishes. Room was clean with a side table, a kitchen sink and counter and electric kettle complete with cups spoon and glass. Would have helped if there was a mini store to buy coffee and travel knick knacks. Thanks for having us!

The staff were great, lovely building with fab breakfast room and brekkie. We had noisy neighbours, but the hotel was excellent. We would stay again

The room and property are immaculate and decorated with a historical ambience. The staff were welcoming, helpful, and friendly. I would definitely book here again.
