"I’d stay again - done it twice now."

Convenient, quiet and clean Rooms are large enough and refreshed. I prefer staying upstairs as downstairs you hear everyone making noise above?

Needs some upkeep externally beyond paint - some old wood beginning to rot and need replacing etc.

"Pleasant stay with a view on the marina"

Location is good for boaters, quiet, with a nice view on the water. Free parking. The bed was confortable. The room was clean, with a nice balcony

Bathroom could be improved: hot and cold water tap did not work well and there was a leak at the shower door.
