Comfortable and very useful room

I didn’t realize but hadn’t breakfast available

The staff! The hotel! It was super clean and comfortable. It was right near the marina. I felt safe. I liked that they had water for your coffee near the coffee maker. The bed was so comfortable. You can tell they take pride in their establishment. It is on an Island in Alameda. It is away from the not so good area of Oakland. I would come back. My dog enjoyed the walks around the dock. There is adequate grass for your fur babies and dog stations with bags.

Convenience

No flexibility from customer service desk. Room wasn’t available when we arrived. Desk staff would not make a phone call to us to tell us the room was ready. No check in service was available for us when we made our initial reservation.

Staff was willing to put my life in danger instead of canceling my stay. I will never opt to stay here again.
