The property's reception opening hours are: - Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 21:30 - Saturday and Sunday from 8:00 to 20:30 Please note you cannot check in after 22:00. A surcharge of AUD 30 applies for arrivals after check-in hours. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. You must show a valid credit card upon check in. This credit card must be in the same name as the guest's name on the booking confirmation. Please note that this property requires an AUD 100 credit card pre-authorization or cash deposit upon check in to cover any incidental charges. This amount will be refunded after inspection of the accommodations.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
