Acro Wellness Suites - Adults Only

We had an amazing time. We stayed here on our honeymoon and we booked the cave suite. Couldn’t be happier with how it went. I would definitely recommend to anyone.

Not all 5-star hotels are the same. I have stayed at other 5-star hotels including in Crete. I think Acro is above and beyond a 5-star hotel because it is unique and outstanding. Acro Wellness Suites is just Exceptional! My stay at Acro for about a week from June 11-June 18th was above and beyond my expectations; it was a wonderful and great experience. My stay felt like a month rather than a week because I was enjoying every moment. The hospitality and service was awesome. The outdoor views from my suite and outside of Acro are breathtaking! All the staff at Acro are friendly, courteous, kind and they always made me feel like one of their own and my stay comfortable like home except with a much much better experience because they are always at your disposal. The staff and my stay at Acro made my visit to Crete worth it and memorable by making it much more fun, friendly, and enjoyable. Whenever I needed something or a special request, I enjoyed and loved communicating with the reception staff without picking up the suite phone--if you stay at Acro, you will find out what I mean.....). I'm divorced and, if I get married again, I will do my honeymoon at Acro. I have no complaints because I was always happy at Acro. Once again, thank you Acro and to all the wonderful staff for a great and memorable experience. I can't wait to come back again!

This might have been one of the best stays I’ve ever experienced at a hotel….every detail was thought of. I’ll definitely be back!

The staff is great and will try to accommodate, however the location is pretty remote. There is limited food options as you can only eat what available in the resort's menu. You have to pay for all food and drinks, including water.

The Acro suite is amazing place, the view is gorgeous, very quiet, everyone is very welcoming, and they work so well as a teach. This is a very nice place for someone who wants peace and quiet, wants to get away from everything and take a break. 10/10

Acro staff and facilities were exceptional! We loved our 5 night stay. The rooms are private, all with full sea view & excellent design features. Breakfast each day was great with plenty of options. All staff were very kind and attentive. Like everywhere in Greece, coffee isn’t great. We’d recommend an expresso with hot milk on the side (took 3 days to figure this out !). We only had one evening meal in the restaurant and didn’t enjoy. Over priced ($12 AU for water that is free in your room / meals $50 and very salty food). You will need to hire a car, as it’s about 30 mins from the airport, though handy as you need a car for all day trips anyway. Overall excellent value for a luxury resort.

L’hôtel est somptueux ainsi que notre chambre dans une grotte super belle avec une piscine chauffée dans un cadre magnifique à flanc de falaise fidèle aux photos . Dommage cependant que les piscines ne soit pas exposées sud en plein milieu d’après midi il n’y a plus de soleil sur la terrasse. Nous regrettons que la qualité de service ne soit pas à la hauteur du standing de l’hôtel. Nous avons eu divers demandes et problèmes qui n’ont pas été résolu par le personnel. Mais le plus décevant c’est que pour un établissement «Wellness » nous souhaitions nous ressourcer dans un cadre relaxant, hors il se trouve que nous avions un groupe à côté de notre chambre qui on organisé une soirée jusqu’au bout de la nuit sur leur terrasse avec la musique jusqu’à plus de 2h du matin. La réception étant à proximité personne n’est intervenu alors que la musique était vraiment forte ainsi que les cris des occupants. Nous avons dû appeler la réception qui est finalement intervenu sans aucune conséquence et nous avons dû nous même intervenir pour faire cesser la fête à plus de 2h du matin ce qui a gâché notre unique nuit et notre séjour. Lors de notre check out lorsque l’on a fait part de notre mécontentement quand à notre séjour et notre mécontentement on a eu droit à une bougie pour lot de consolation au prix du séjour c’est inacceptable. Le petit déjeuner est bon est varié cependant il n’est possible de commander qu’un plat à la carte contre plusieurs dans d’autres hôtels de Crète.
