Hotel in traumhafter Landschaft - da stimmt einfach alles. Einzig die Müllentsorgung (500m vom Hotel entfernt) lässt zu wünschen übrig.

Très bel hôtel avec une superbe vue au niveau 5 étoiles. Quelques bémols : climatisation trop bruyante. Tarifs room services élevés pour le pays.

Hôtel et chambre magnifiques, avec une vue sur la mer incroyable ! Personnel très sympathique et aux petits soins. Il faut bien prévoir une voiture de location car l’hôtel est assez retiré.

Lieu exceptionnel, encore plus incroyable en réalité qu’en photo. Personnels très attentionnés et sympathiques. Luxe authentique. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel.

The most magnificent hotel! Very well designed and thought throught every little detail. Staff was extremely polite and helpfull. The view is once in a lifetime must experience! Very private and extremely good for couples.

This place was amazing! Definitely the nicest lodging I have ever stayed in. We stayed in the Gaia suite which had an infinity pool that overlooked the ocean directly off of the cliff. The staff was incredibly nice and helped with anything we needed. The only downside I can even think of is that the food and drinks were expensive, but it makes sense for a place as nice as Acro. However, On our way out, they gave us a free lunch box with a sandwich and fruit - so thoughtful! We also did a couples massage and I was disappointed to find out that we couldn’t use the bathhouse after. I can’t wait to come back to Crete someday and will definitely stay here!

L'hotel est tout neuf et il est tout simplement splendide. En revanche quelques problèmes techniques de démarrage : piscine froide , panne de climatisation et 29 degrés dans la chambre.. changement de chambre nécessaire. On voit que les techniciens travaillent beaucoup pour finaliser tout ceci .
