Odaların temizliği, hijyeni hiç iyi değil

When I entered the room, I found the floor carpet next to the bathroom was wet. I didn't know why at the beginning , and I just guessed someone spilt water there. However, once I took shower, a lot of water came out to the bathroom's floor and made a big puddle, and then I noticed water was leaking from somewhere and it caused the floor carpet wet. I informed this to the reception and check the reason. They sent a technitian to the room to investigate it, but it couldn't be repaired at once. So the reception staff immediately arranged another better room for me with sincere apology. It was not a good experience for me to have a water leaking, but reception staff's response was very quick and kind.

Regarding the water leaking, I think they should have found it when they clean the room as it was already visible from the beginning.

Das Mövenpick ist schön renoviertes Top-Hotel, das superzentral in Budapest liegt (Foto der Lobby). Wir waren für 4 Nächte für die Metallica-Konzerte dort und können es empfehlen. Schön ist der alte Frühstücksraum (siehe Foto), das Frühstück mit angenehmen Zeiten selbst war abwechslungsreich und ließ wenig Wünsche offen.

Wer hier kritisiert, tut es auf hohem Niveau: Das Gym ist relativ klein und ohne Fenster im Untergeschoss gelegen (Foto). Das Hotel hat leider weder Spa noch Pool. Die Spielecke für Kinder liegt dunkel hinter den Aufzügen um die Ecke. Es ist halt ein Innenstadthotel. Wir hatten Glück, ein Zimmer zum Innenhof zu haben, die Straße ist nämlich befahren und dementsprechend laut.

Beautiful rooms, very spacious, clean. Comfy bed and lovely shower. Brilliant location

The minibar fridge was not working, no one to help sort it and the ac did not work to its max. Especially when there was a heat wave at the weekend
