אין ארון "נורמלי" בחדר כלומר אין דלתות ולא מדפים וזה חסר

The hotel was comfortable and the staff were pleasant.

Unfortunately, the area to catch public transport, not far from the hotel, reeked strongly of urine. You could see the stains and puddles. No fault of the hotel but if I was them I’d be putting pressure on the city because it was gross.

хорошее расположение -напротив остановка автобуса, на которой можно купить проездной на все виды транспорта. также рядом метро и остановка трамвая(на них тоже есть стоят автоматы для покупки проездных). транспорта много и в разных направлениях и работает отлично гостиница уютная, соседи наверное были, но я никого не слышала :) звукоизоляция хорошая в номере есть чайник , кофемашина и капсулы к нему на завтрак голодной не оставалась - выбор есть

1. в номере нет часов 2. по приезду списали деньги с карты для депозита. после выезда деньги вернулись- претензий нет, но имейте ввиду, что такое возможно.

Excellent location, stylish hotel, very clean, exceptional staff, very tasty breakfest till 11:00 on weekends, big and well equiped room with high ceeling, late check out.

Poor sleeping quality - old mattress masked with very soft cover, very soft and airy pillows, difficult to sleep well. Due to old & poor quality windows in the room over the main street impossible to protect against street noise, speciffically from health emergency vehicles.

Stayed for two nights with my two children for a weekend break; very pleased with the hotel. The staff were very helpful and approachable, storing our luggage and completing precheckin swiftly when we arrived early morning. Our room was bug enough, clean and well stocked with robes, slippers, tea and coffee as well as all toiletries. Every day at 3pm a selection of cakes and biscuits are on offer for a free snack. Breakfast is plentiful and adequate, with a range of pastries, breads, meats cheese and some hot food options such as sausage and egg. Tea and coffee and juice stations are fresh and accessible. The hotel is perfectly located, with a range of amenities nearby including an aldi, burger king, McDonald's etc. Transport links are fantastic, with bus, tram and metro stations within 2 min of walking. Despite being on a busy main road, the rooms were well sound proofed with excellent air conditioning.
