Nice terrace bar despite the wasps

Staff at the front desk were friendly, patient, helpful and very professional. Hotel is in a great location; central to many Montreal sites. Also visited the roof-top bar for a beverage from a friendly bartender.

The hotel and staff were exceptional. The restaurant was understaffed and resulted in very slow service

Hotel Place d’Armes is the absolute choice while you are in Montreal. Great staff, large and clean rooms and lots of amenities. We went to the rooftop terrasse, nice view. Just be aware of the wasps. They are everywhere in Montreal!

Walking distance from downtown and old montreal. We loved our large suite with brick walls. Service was impeccable, from the entrance to our check out. We love the Place d’Armes

Very nice hotel. I was there for a business trip. My room was neat, good lighting as well. Location is a must, walking distance from the convention center.I recommend

Great location. 701 was enjoyable. Ricardo was excellent.

We found the staff not very competent. Our room wasn’t even cleaned when we returned at 2:30pm. There were other issues also.
