Hotel Place d'Armes

Wonderful staff. Exceptionally clean. Beautiful property. Perfect location.

Couldnt ask for a better location. Staff was attentive and quickly responded to all requests. The room (junior suite) was the perfect mix of historic charm and modern conveniences.

Excellent hotel great location

We spent two nights here in a penthouse suite and were beyond happy. The room was incredible with a separate bedroom and parlor. The electric fireplace was a nice perk and made for romantic evenings. We used room service the first night and ordered from both Kyo Bar and Brasserie 701. Room service was quick, the food was hot and both meals were delicious. SoSo (spelling may be incorrect) on the front desk is an asset and outstanding example of the excellent customer service provided by the hotel.

Very nice hotel centrally situated in the old port. We were upgraded to a suite, which was a pleasant surprise. Room was very clean, quiet, plenty of towels and toiletries, and lots of space to spread out and enjoy. Expresso machine in the room, or complimentary drip coffee in the lobby in the morning. If you are driving, valet takes some time to retrieve the car, so call the desk 15 minutes prior. Definitely recommend!

We loved our stay at the Place d’Armes! We got upgraded to an executive suite with large bathroom. Bed was so comfortable and the sheets were very soft. Great service.

Very central to many shops and squares.

Very nice hotel with great staff. The rooms were comfortable. The location in Old Montreal is fantastic, close to the Basilica and a short walk to the shops and restaurants on Rue Saint Paul. The only issue was that the nightclub across the street was open until 3am and very noisy every night….made it difficult to sleep.
