Place was dirty staff was not friendly and it smelled like weed so bad my family and I left early just after a few hours of being there

Tv did not work real well but were able to watch with effort

I liked the guy who checked me in very much. He was nice and friendly. I loved the pool, one of the best I've been in at a hotel. I wish it was open later than 10pm but other than that it was clean and a nice area. Best of all I received my deposit back onto my card pretty quick.

The beds were supposed to be Queen size but it was 2 Full sized beds. I ordered food via DoorDash and they didn't allow the delivery person to bring the food to my room. Nor would they bring the food to my room. My food was left down stairs open in the lobby. They claim to offer room service but wouldn't bring the food I ordered to my room. Also the breakfast was not very good. Limited items and the waffle maker didn't work.

You could tell it was not the best hotel. There was some wear and tear but overall works for a short stay. When I walked in after leaving, the guy at the front desk was telling off someone which did make me somewhat uncomfortable.

When I travel to Ohio, sometimes I stay here because I love their pool. It's a salt water pool, super clean and deep enough to really swim, and the wood decor around the pool is lovely. The temperature is also usually perfect. Other than that, I find this place extremely frustrating. They act like asking for one extra hour to check out is a MAJOR deal and insist on charging for even a slightly late checkout. The lobby only has gross coffee and the cheapest tea bags, and the breakfast is limited. What is REALLY annoying is the televisions though. Each room seems to be on a different system--some of the TVs get HBO, some don't, and none of the TVs are possible to figure out in terms of which channel is which. Major channels aren't available; in my room this time, fully half the channels said "scrambled signal" and none of the HBO channels that my friend had in his room were available on mine. I wasted so much time just trying to figure out what was on which channel, since the network name showing on the screen had nothing to do with what was actually playing. Ugh. One other thing: someone needs to check the elevator. It sounds like it's just about to break down--really concerning.

Breakfast was better then most, I ate both days I stayed.

room was wonderful looking. bed was a bit hard however still comfy. Employees were welcoming and nice. Indoor pool was an added plus.

towel didnt seem to be as clean or freshly clean.
