That it had a kitchen and nice deep tub

It was very dirty it had a bad smell

Beds and pillows were comfortable.

The place was NOTHING like the pictures. The pictures must of been taken many years ago when the place was new. It was very very dirty, I have been doing housekeeping for many years @ hotels. The 1st thing you see walking in was the entrance doors were dirty. Not a good impression, the pool area was next to the lobby and all dirty glass! Every time you go on the elevator it was a gamble! Never knew if you would make it to your floor. There was a terrible grinding noise and jerking of the elevator. The room was dirty! My daughter and I always wipe everything down before putting our items on anything. There was a huge puddle of urine on the base of the toilet, called for housekeeping and was told no one was on duty @ that time. I cleaned it up myself so we could use it. The ONLY reason we stayed was because it was our granddaughters college family weekend and every where else was sold out!

Breakfast was well stocked and nice selection. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was very clean

The elevator was very creaky sounding so my daughter would not ride in it again

The staff were nice and accommodating

The first room they gave us was dirty, no towels, and a dead cockroach on the floor. Definitely used prior to us staying and not even cleaned. I wouldn't dare walk barefoot in the rooms. They upgraded our room, which is nice, however the carpeting in the new room is a tripping hazard with rolls and it rolling up on itself.

Very pleased with room, it has everything you need. Beds very comfortable. Staff were helpful. Didn’t use the pool, but it looked lovely. Breakfast was fine.
