There was black mold in the cabinets under the sink. It wasn’t very clean and they didn’t have the breakfast or the pool open. Not a very good place to stay for the price.

Smells like mold and cigarretes indian owners are rude , visible mold on walls. And fire alarms hanging i dont even know how this place is open

First room would not open 2nd room had, bad tv, bad ac, bad phone The property looks like it was nice 5-10 years a ago, but no money has been spent on it since then.

Location

Bathroom was full of mold and ceiling was so saturated with water it was about to cave in. Room, beds and pillows stunk. No breakfast. No pool.

This place is terrible worse hotel I've ever stayed at. The room was just nasty. Hair on the floor in the bathroom and the hotel smells horrible. The staff was nice that was the only good thing about this dump.

Horrible. Room smelled of mold was very hot rusty trash can no breakfast and the pool was closed and the elevator was broken.

Absolutely nothing at all!!!...

When my wife walked in, she felt very uncomfortable!... There were three men standing in the lobby, and all look to be on DRUGS!.. Sweating profusely and unable to speak!... When she asked about the pool, they said there wasn't one!... but the listing says that there is!!!... The Man Behind the Counter was still unable to speak... When the Man Behind the Counter was able to finally form a sentence, he said, "You can cancel online..." Then referred her to the Howard Johnson... I immediately called to cancel the reservation and rebook my wife at Howard Johnson... I've yet to receive a call, email, or anything from the La Quinta Inn or a refund from booking.com... It has been 30 days since her trip!...

The gap under the doors was a bit concerning and seems unsafe. We noticed this on numerous rooms where you could see there were towels shoved in the gaps. We were missing a lightbulb in a lamp and remote for the tv in our room. The elevator wasn’t working. The pool was closed all weekend for unknown reasons and there wasn't breakfast included like stated. Would have been nice to know these things before arriving as our main reason for booking was for the pool. We went to the pool at one of the local casinos instead. There was also extra charges made on my card that should not have been made. Yes, they credited it before check out but I still had to wait a few days for the charges to clear. What if it were taken out of someone’s bank account that needed their money? The rooms were clean enough that we didn’t want to go through the hassle of finding somewhere else to stay since we would now only be using the place to sleep at night with the pool closure. I travel often and have never had this many problems at a place in a matter of 2 days.
