I liked the cleanliness of the room and the service that was given by both the night staff and the morning staff both guys gave the best customer service

I didn’t like that the pool was not available and their was no breakfast available which was advertised and that was the reason why we book that location

room had not been cleaned.. non-smoking room but cigarette ashes on the a/c.. a/c did not work.. went an bought a fan to cool down.. one pillow totally smelled like mildew and the other smelled of the last guy that stayed there cologne so badly I removed the pillowcase totally.. finally left at 3am the 2nd night when the toilet backed up into the shower an floor

when i booked the room it did'nt say anything about a deposit. But other then that i had a great stay!!!

Rooms very clean

My room was the last room available. The workers use the rooms. There was trash on the floor, the shower was used soap opened, wet towels left in the floor and inside the shower, the tv and phone didn’t work. My bed was slept in. I booked the room online and it was 12a I was alone & just wanted a bed to sleep before driving back to Houston. The room/ hotel was DIRTY. Elevator didn’t work so had to walk up the abandoned stairs. Staff was some young kid who tired to convince me to not stay in the room, even had me view it before he gave me the keys.

Very dirty room was not cleaned from the previous person cat litter in closet floor missing smoke detector air filters not clean at All in several weeks floor had lots of hair corridor‘s with trash elevators with floor full of food outside area trash everywhere, sketchy people hanging out in parking lot till morning
