Budget friendly, that’s it.

First my payment was paid through an app so I don’t know why I was charged again at hotel after being confirmed and paid before I got there and then my card declined at the hotel after already paying for the room but went through from my bank side and rooms smelled like old cigarettes

I thought it had breakfast in the morning, but i must have been mistaked

Very misleading. Booked through a 3rd party and that was a mistake. Front desk staff was friendly, but not very informative. Not sure of breakfast hours or check out. Normally I'm told when I check in. Room is rough. Floor dirty, accessories rusted, smoke detector missing, stains on the walls,you can visibly see there has been a large leak in the ceiling, and tables still had stains from previous guest. I'm highly disappointed but I'm going to try and make the best of it.

My room had a cooking smell

Some of the staff was very nice and It was on the cheaper end .

The shower didn’t work the pool was broke and the breakfast was closed & it says online the pool is available and breakfast is included in your stay . I also found a roach in my room !

The front desk was ok. Hotel dirty, no breakfast, room have a funny smell, furniture old and week, lamps only had 1 bulb and no screws. The worst, one of the worker and custom prop doors open and talk across hall and give front desk a Hassell when confronted, young lady stood in hall and talk loud for over one hours.
