Four Points by Sheraton Jacksonville Beachfront

My family and I recently had a stay at The Sheraton and truly enjoyed the convenience as well as the luxury of having an ocean view and direct beach access. The room was very well thought out. There was tiled flooring upon entering the room for wet clothes, beach accessories, and towels. There’s a nice, firm couch, and desk, and small “kitchen” area with a counter, coffee station, refrigerator, and bathroom. In a separate part of the room, there was the carpeted bedroom, with two separate closets, a landing area/bench for resting or luggage. Both areas had a television. However the balcony was the highlight with an ocean view. The hotel was very clean, secure, with friendly staff, and within walking distance to at least 10-15 restaurants. There is a restaurant downstairs with a decent breakfast buffet; however, it is not complimentary—you must pay. All and all, I enjoyed my stay and will definitely return on my next trip to Jacksonville Beach.

The hotel is gorgeous. The rooms are amazing. It’s almost like an apartment. The staff is first class, kind and welcoming. Shout out to Ash, Crystal, and Bethlehem. Thank you for a wonderful holiday.

I had a very disappointing experience at Four Points by Sheraton Jacksonville Beachfront due to inaccurate information and unresolved billing issues. Prior to my stay, I specifically contacted the hotel to confirm that my room included a jacuzzi bathtub. I was clearly told that it did. This was a deciding factor in my booking. However, when I arrived, the room had no bathtub at all—only a shower. After raising the issue, management admitted that their staff provided incorrect information, which I appreciate. However, the resolution offered did not fully reflect the impact this had on my stay. To make matters worse, there have been ongoing billing discrepancies, with charges appearing that do not match what was communicated. I am still waiting for a clear, itemized explanation and proper resolution. While the location is nice, the combination of misrepresentation, poor communication, and billing issues made this a frustrating experience overall. I would strongly recommend confirming all room details very carefully before booking, as the information provided directly by staff may not be accurate.

Convenient,

The room don’t have everything in it! Ex: no chair on the balcony, no light bulbs in the lamp, no chair in the living area! The restaurant wasn’t open during the day.

Very clean , close to all the restaurants. Access to the beach was literally a step away!!
