I went there after paying and they didn't have any rooms left and couldn't give me my money back

Rude lazy service

They don’t clean the rooms, they do it only every 14 days! The rooms had cockroaches!!!

They never got my reservations

Great Location

We booked a room and received a confirmation email. When we got there the woman at the front desk said we did not have a room and she had called to tell us the reservation was cancelled although I did not have any calls or voicemails. There was a line of people checking in with the same issue. One gentleman said he called the hotel directly and they claimed they had availability, he gave his card info but when he arrived same situation where there was no room. Sounds like a big scam. Do not stay here

Checking into room 230 on May 24 at 6pm the bed sheets were on the floor and mattress was exposed with no cover and room has a funny smell. Was given room 232. Roach infested. With in 5 minutes i had step on 3 roaches. Roomed smell like an old age home that had not been cleaned in a long time. To top if off. I call today May 28 to confirm my credit. very professional hello and told them what happened. The manager or staff member put me on hold for 15 minutes and than hung up on me when i told them i was calling about a credit that had not been processed. I highly recommend you sleep in your car before staying this roach invested hotel

No breakfast, no ice machine , no coffee in the room, and no shampoo or conditioner. We had small roaches in the room. AC was not working, but they have an excellent maintenance employee who got in working in less 30-minute.
