"No se queden ahí!!"

No logré quedarme en este hotel porque hice mi reserva y cuando llegué me dijeron no tenían mi reserva y que ya tenían todo vendido.

Pésima la atención y la chica que estaba en el front no dio solución a mi problema que no era mi sino de ellos que aceptaron reservar sin tener disponibilidad

Nothing to like about the place,staff and location.

We checked out 7 hours after checking in. The staff was rude and non friendly to our needs. Hope we get a full refund for this location.
