The staff were very friendly, there was plenty of parking, the bedrooms were spacious, the breakfast buffet was good, the pool was nice

One of the bedside lamps wasn’t working and the bathroom sink was slow to drain - we reported both to reception but they were not fixed during our 4 night stay. Couldn’t order food in the lounge after 8pm and the restaurant had no space for us at that point.

Nothing.

Suite was very basic. Sofa bed was made up. Asked for it to be unmade. They didn’t. I did. View was awful. Our balcony was wired shut . No access. No water pressure in the shower in our tiny tiny shower room (no bath). Breakfast was beyond awful. No plates, no eggs, dirty tables. Coffee machine broken. Long queues of hungry angry guests.
