Scruffy. Junk left on each staircase, potential fire hazard
GBFire alarm went off at 0400 which appeared to be a false alarm , no staff came round to update us just turned off the alarm.

Dirty rooms and dirty hall stairs and landings , poor quality mattress and bedding windows not lockable . TV very small decoration bland carpets dirty and stained, no mirror in bedroom very shoddy old brown furniture definitely not worth anywhere near the price charged

The room was absolutely filthy. Curtains stained, very dusty furniture. Carpets needed a really good hoover. No hairdryer on property. No mirrors in the room.
