GBLocation for what we needed was good.
The cleanliness of the room was very poor.
GBIt was convenient, it is right on the train line (which we knew) and TBF there weren't that many trains (Sat night 11pm - Sunday 10am). It is a bit tired but was pretty clean. At £82 with no breakfast it was a bit toppy, but it was the Pub in the Park weekend, so may have been dearer than usual. Served its purpose.
Bathroom was tired, bed on the small and bouncy side.

Making tea coffeee etc not possible, if you are going to provide it do it properly. Looked like the carpet had not been hoovered in a while.

dirty room we had to buy a kettle and spoons the toilet seat was broken and the bed sheets were ripped i couldn’t use the shower it was disgusting
GBThe room was absolutely filthy, the bed sheet had stains, the carpet hadn't been hoovered for what looked like weeks. The toilet was dirty and empty complimentary toiletries left in shower cubicle The tap for the basin was very wobbly and wasn't secured to the base properly. Tea and coffee facilities were left un-stocked. I could go on! Once I notified them of these issues they rectified some, but not all issues. Overall it was totally unacceptable for the price. The pub looks nice from the outside but it stops there unfortunately. They're really missing a trick here because it could/should be so much nicer! Very disapointing.

JPThe room the only clean place was the bed that I’m glad. It is above the pub so it is not flexible to leave the luggage before check in. Check in time wasn’t flexible but the staff was nice. There was an electric kettle and mini sink in the room.
Towel wasn’t in the room. I had to go down to the pub to ask for towels. Although my booking description said private bathroom, there was no bathroom(toilet/shower) in the room. The shared bathroom /shower was in the hallway but the lock was broken. Also used bath mat was never replaced during my stay. Also many dead insects at the window. That I see it wasn’t cleaned. I’m ok for the basic room but the cleanliness was the down side.
