The location was amazing

There was a lack of attention to details. The floor wasn't clean when we came, there was paint peeling from the walls in the kitchen/living room area. The kitchen was not very well equipped with the utensils and the chopping board should have been thrown away a long time ago. They left only one roll of toilet paper for three people for 5 days, no bins bags too. The apartment is very noisy too due to the location and the old windows

Locatie was prima. In centrum, dicht bij strand. Appartement is ruim genoeg. Mooie oude details.

Niet alle lakens waren schoon. Wc borstel was verroest. Balkon was te klein om op te zitten. Niet in alle slaapkamers een ventilator.

Fue el único hospedaje que me cobraron fianza por si se rompe algo (si todo esta bien, te devuelven el deposito pasados los 7 dias). Los carteles que se muestran sobre el cuidado del inmueble y su equipamiento resulta excesivo y agresivo, esto impide familiarizarme con el lugar

Habitación que entra a través de otra, por lo cual no tienes intimidad. Las fotos son mezcladas de dos apartamentos y lleva un poco a imaginar lo que no es.. El aire acondicionado. So uno

La ubicación está no muy lejos de todo, por lo que caminando se llega bien.

Para empezar no tiene una habitación independiente para la cama de matrimonio, es en el salón y solo lo separa un simple biombo, por lo que no se tiene intimidad. Un poco lioso el abrir las puertas con la aplicación. De madrugada a veces se enciende la luz del interior del portal y se ilumina el dormitorio. Que pidan una fianza de 95 euros para luego devolverla a los varios días, primera vez que me pasa esto. Que se pague mil y poco euros por 4 noches y que digan que ponen solo 2 rollos de papel higienico como "detalle! cuando no les cuesta nada tener en el mueble los que quieran y no tener que en un sitio buscar tiendas parea comprar.Y lo peor que se tenga que estar todo el rato con MUCHO CUIDADO con las toallas o fundas de almohadas porque advierten que si por una mancha descuentan el dinero. LO DICHO PRIMERA VEZ QUE VEO TODO ESTO y por eso en nuestro caso ya no repetiremos.

3 minutes to supermarkets, pharmacy. 5 minutes walk to the amazing vibrant market where you can chill enjoying food & drinks and great social vibe til midnight, as well as morning stalls selling fish, meat, fruit & vegetables. This area is adjacent to the main shopping area with some lovely old squares nearby to sit and watch the world go by. Apartment is 5 min walk to the beautiful Teatro building and to La Caleta beach. Baggage lock-up 2 min away. Apartment had high ceilings, giving a sense of space, nice old features and a big shower. Dealing with the booking agency was prompt and efficient via WhatsApp. They organised 6am taxi for us the previous evening, which messaged and arrived on time. When a tap was loose they offered to arrive within a short time with repair guy and cleaner. Bin is in hallway, so easy to discard of rubbish. Floor-length windows open onto picturesque little streets and a small balcony on the bedroom. Old wooden shutters keep the heat out when needed.

The key system... Smart locks. These depend on WiFi, being tech-savvy and having your phone with you when going out. We found it difficult initially to work out. When we did, these locks are quite noisy. WiFi was slow for accessing Google. One bedroom is part of the livingroom with a moveable screen separating it, but was okay for us.

Decoración del apartamento, restauración impresionante, aire acondicionado, todo bien y cuidado.

Quizás la calle un poco sucia en agosto, no tiene parking pero el resto perfecto.

La taille du lit pour deux personnes : il faudrait un lit plus grand (160 au moins sur 200)
