Die Unterkunft ist wirklich süß eingerichtet und für den Aufenthalt absolut ausreichend

Leider war es nicht sauber. Ein Haar im Bett. Türen und Fußleisten wurden seit sehr langer Zeit nicht sauber gemacht. Der Boden war auch nicht sauber. Im Flur und Treppenhaus lag Müll rum.

La TV no funcionaba y, para mi gusto, las almohadas no eran del todo cómodas, eran demasiado bajas.

Location is great in the middle of La Viña. Close to everything you need and a 6 minute walk to a parking (17 euros per day). Apartment looks new, and clean. Aircondition is good. Kitchen was spacious and good for making food and shower was good.

The apartment has no sound proofing, you can hear everything from outside or inside the building. One of the walls of apartments is made of frosted glass. So if someone comes home during the night (in the building) the automatic lights in the common area turns itself on and your whole apartment is full of light for 5 minutes. This can be fixed by closing all extra doors, but then you have no AC in the other bedroom. Its seems to be a fairly calm neighborhood so not a big problem, but nice to know. WiFi is not working properly, so make sure you have data on your phone.

Location of the property was excellent.

The use of electronic opening of the door was problematic and we had recourse to phone for out of hours help. Fortunately my son and daughter in law speak fluent Spanish so the problem was sorted. If however my husband and myself had been on our own we would have found this most frustrating and anxious making. We prefer a good old fashioned lock and key. There were too many emails and Whats Apps regarding collection and use . These were ok once but again just too many. The description as a 2 bedroom property is not strictly accurate. It is suitable for a family, with 2 children sharing the second bedroom as this bedroom is a walk through from the first not making it suitable for 2 couples. This second bedroom did not have any hanging space for clothes and was very small to move when the second bed was pulled out. The entrance hall to the property was being 'repainted'.There was more paint on the floor and the 'workmanship' was appalling. I certainly wouldn't be employing the painters.

Perfect location, stunning flat

Amazing location in the heart of Cadiz. Walkable distance to the beach and city center. Fast and kind support (we locked ourselfs out in first hour we came). Apartement has a really nice decor it feels and it is really comfortable. Totally recomend this to anyone!

Very confortable beds and very clean

The Access was only possible with Internet. Wifi communicated was wrong and anyway Not strong enough when standing in front of the door. No garbage differentiation. Everything went into one bag. Instructions were to put it in a garbage bin in the street. However there was nothing in the street.
