Ocean Club Resort

Stay was really good. I would've preferred a later checkout time. I think it could've been done

I arrived at Ocean Club Resort and was immediately greeted by a member of the concierge to assist with my bags. Check-in went very smoothly as well, the property thoroughly explained. Everything you need is located on the property but if you want to enjoy the sites, it is a short ride into town. The cabana is located on the beach where you can eat, drink and enjoy the beautiful sunsets. This resort is everything short of paradise, off the beaten path of a lot of tourist but not faraway from lots of attractions in the city. The property is clean, the employees are very nice and hospitable. I highly recommend this resort to any traveling to Turks & Caicos.

It is pleasant property and the room was well furnished. There were not really any organized activities on the property, but it was easy to get to anything you wanted. Apparently late June/early July is a slow period as it was not crowded, so we never had trouble getting a good spot by a pool. Aside from the brief fireworks for the wedding the first night we were there and the Canada Day fireworks at the next property a few days later, it was nice and quiet.

The property, staff and accommodations were all excellent! It’s located on a beautiful part of the beach with free chairs, small table and umbrellas for guests next to their cabana restaurant and bar. Our whole stay was very relaxing. We had access to downtown via the shuttle to the sister property. The only downside was the shuttles air conditioning was broken and it was very hot.

Really enjoyed our time here! Was celebrating a milestone birthday and they had a bottle of champagne with a happy birthday note waiting in the room. Very thoughtful touch! My only thoughts would be to add glass to the windows, as the noise would often make its way up into the rooms with no glass on them. My only other issue was something they likely can’t control, the loud generator from the Cabana Bar, but it does drown out the sound of the ocean when in the ocean front rooms nearest to the Cabana Bar. It kind of defeated the purpose of the ocean front room. The view was still gorgeous!! Loved the shuttle between OCE and OCW, which we utilized a lot. Loved the overall vibe of OCE. Overall very good stay for our family! We will be back for sure.
