Ocean Club Resort

This is our 3rd time visiting Ocean Club East. The staff is always so sweet, the rooms are always clean, and the convenience of the property is wonderful. We we're a little disappointed with the Cabana Bar this year. We waited 1.5 hours for our food at breakfast then again at lunch. When the food finally arrived, it was cold. We stayed for 9 days and no paddleboards we're available for use. Huge disappointment as this is my son's favorite thing to do on the beach.

Perfect stay at a great resort with great beach access. All the staff go above and beyond for their guests. Would definitely return for another vist.

We just got back from our trip on 12/29/2025. The beach was beautiful but the property was a bit dated and the rooms were pricey and not commensurate with us paying $1900 per night. The rooms had only metal shutters that you turned to close without any glass windows so all the noises from outside can be annoyingly heard in the room. This was very irritating when loud music was played at the pool late into the night so I had to put on ear plugs. The patio has fixed nets covering the view so it really took away from our beach front view. The service felt very impersonal as the staff seemed to be "just doing their job" rather than giving guests a personal friendly treatment. We expected more for the price so was a bit disappointed. This property could be so much more given its beach location but management should change its mindset to update the property and provide a more upscale experience.

Our week-long stay at Ocean Club in December 2025 was nothing short of exceptional. Check-in and check-out were smooth and effortless, setting the tone for a relaxing vacation. The staff are incredibly friendly, polite, and attentive, making you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. The entire resort is spotless—our room was super clean, and all public spaces were being thoroughly maintained throughout the day. The location is perfect, and the beach is absolutely stunning: quiet, pristine, and ideal for relaxing. The overall atmosphere is calm and peaceful with no noise disturbances, which we really appreciated. The food is outstanding, with every meal exceeding expectations. Between the excellent service, the beautiful property, and the serene beachfront setting, we felt the stay was truly worth the money we paid. Highly recommend Ocean Club for anyone looking for a relaxing, clean, and well-run resort in Turks and Caicos.

This was our second time staying at the Ocean Club (East) and we loved it. The entire staff was friendly and saw to your every need. Love the location too on the quieter side of Grace Bay beach.

Very quiet, little to do except the beach. The beach is a 10, plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas. Perfect sand, no stones, white, gentle surf, blue water. Condos all have kitchens, some bigger than others. Some suites are huge. Look for a third floor unit, they have vaulted ceiling. Porches are all screened. Call the resort directly to find suites that aren't listed online. Suites are house sized, clean, Well kept Food and drink is omg expensive on this island so everyone shops at the grocery store in town. Food prices there vary, but almost everything must be flown in on this little island. So pricey. Drinks too are $$$. 20% tax on food service everywhere. Great place to soak up some sun, relax. The island is English speaking, expect Americans, Canadians, few Europeans.

We love Ocean Club East. Cabana restaurant is great and now that she’s taken over the restaurant at west, it’s great too!

Vernessa and her team were very hospitable, welcoming and accommodating. The property is clean and beautiful. Nice spacious rooms. The shuttle service from east to west is very reliable. Overall a beautiful place to stay while visiting Turks and Caicos. The property is on a great location, near town.

We've just returned from another wonderful stay at Ocean Club East and cannot say enough about the graciousness of the OCE staff. From the warm welcome upon arrival to daily services, they provide as much or as little as your vacation plan requires. Stunning views from the beach and great food & drinks at the Cabana Bar (definitely try the Beet Mojito) make it our top choice for staying in Providenciales. So, if you are looking for a lovely, relaxing resort, OCE is fantastic!

Studio room was cozy, but perfect for two nights stay. really appreciated being able to do laundry. Also enjoyed being able to take the shuttle to Ocean West.
