Ocean Club Resort

Unfortunately our shower water was lukewarm. This should not be something you compromise on during a vacation. It’s a pretty location but not near anything so you had two restaurants to eat at but otherwise you must take a shuttle and then walk. Despite their text asking about our flight arrival our room was not ready on time. The store was not well stocked, lots of alcohol but had to take the shuttle to get milk and sugar.

Overall a great stay. Initially was unhappy as I booked (5 months in advance) an ocean view room with a specific request to be at an upper level. At check in I was told we had a partial view, 1st floor room. Room was very roomy with a great layout, however it was more of a garden view, across the yard and open umbrellas, we could barely see the ocean. I did check with them a couple of days later and they moved us into a 2nd floor, ocean view room. A much better room which made our stay enjoyable. A guest should not have to go through that if reservation was for ocean view and not for partial ocean view. Grateful they made it right although I had to ask. The place is very clean, quiet location. Stayed in the East with shuttle access to the West to get to grocery stores, other restaurants and shops. Golf Club is walking distance from the East and is a beautiful course with the club house having the best flavorful food in the area. All the people at Ocean Club East are outstanding! Super friendly, helpful and hard workers. We would stay there again as long as our reservation is upheld.

This is a very nice resort. On the beach, great pool, We had a one bedroom with a full kitchen and living room. Our only complaints were that the AC was extremely loud. It woke us up every time it came on in the night and it was hard to sleep with it on but too hot without it. Also, we woke when the sun came up at about 6ish every morning because of the lack of light-blocking curtains or blinds. If these two issues were fixed, we would definitely stay here again. Of course other units at the resort might not have these issues. It would also be nice if breakfast were included as it is at so many of the other resorts.

needed a broom , there was no luggage rack, and I asked for a needle and thread to sew a torn curtain the staff were courteous and very pleasant Morning construction started a little early outside our studio beautiful place and looking forward to coming back

The location is great. Nikki at the bar she’s so wonderful. So are the bellmen. The food was okay- service at the restaurant a little bit off. Lots more children than I expected. All in one we had a great time

Loved the accommodations and the location at Ocean Club Resort East. It is quiet and beautiful. The staff were very attentive and helpful. Visited Ocean Club West and did not like it as much. The beach was crowded as opposed to the East side which was serene. Also, was greeted poorly by the staff at Ocean Club West when they notices we were from the East resort. The shuttle was helpful because all the restaurants and shopping amenities are in the vicinity of the Ocean Club West… but they need to make it clearer to East guests that they are not allowed to use the facilities (not even the beach!) at the West resort. We were surprised. As a result, we did not visit any of the restaurants at the property. That said, there are many, many very nice restaurants in the area! So we were happy to explore. Our only other complaint is that access to cash is very difficult. There is only 1 ATM at the Graceway grocery store in the whole area!… seems crazy that a tourist town would not have more ATMs at the resorts and the shopping areas. Credit card use is, however, widely available in the island… even with the street food vendors at the Fish Fry! So that helped. All in all, highly recommend Ocean aclu. Resort East and we will very likely stay again if we visit TCI in the future.

Everything was exceptional. Beach, room, view, service, cordial atmosphere, shuttle to town, attention to detail, and more. The only problem was that the pickleball court was small, not regulation size.

We love staying at Ocean club. It is a great experience from being greeted by Louis and Mr. Bond to how friendly the staff is everywhere! It feels like everybody does the best they can to make sure you’re having a great stay and have everything you need.

We had an wonderful and comfortable time at the 2 bedroom suite .It was perfect for our family of 4. the kitchen is well stocked with utensils and the housekeeping service is a blessing . We had a beautiful vacation .

Great location! The beach and access to it are magnificent. A great resort for families as there are plenty of young kids. The room had a decent kitchenette and would recommend stocking it with food and drinks. Eating and drinking out are quite expensive.
