لا يوجد غساله ملابس ولا كوايه ولا يوجد مغسله في المنتجع .. ما فيه مناسف .. مكيف احد الغرف حار وما صلحوه السعر غالي جدا تقريبا ب 1500 ريال

المنتجع جميل جداً بشكل عام وكانت لنا تجربة ممتعة، وأكثر ما أعجبني هو نظافة الفيلا واهتمامهم بترتيبها، بالإضافة إلى بشاشة موظفي الاستقبال وحسن تعاملهم وترحيبهم بالضيوف، مما أعطى انطباعاً إيجابياً منذ الوصول.

الملاحظات التي أتمنى أخذها بعين الاعتبار لتحسين مستوى الخدمة، فهي أن خدمة الروم سيرفس كانت بطيئة في الاستجابة وتقديم الطلبات. كما أنني طلبت سرير أطفال وتم إحضار سرير غير نظيف، وهو أمر يحتاج إلى مزيد من الاهتمام خاصة فيما يتعلق بمستلزمات الأطفال. كذلك لاحظت أن ألعاب الأطفال المائية الخارجية متهالكة ومتسخة وتحتاج إلى صيانة وتجديد. أما المسبح الخاص بالفيلا فلا يوجد فيه تدرج للعمق، حيث يبلغ العمق حوالي متر ونصف بشكل كامل، مما يجعله غير آمن للأطفال. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، فإن الإضاءة الداخلية للمسبح ضعيفة جداً، وكذلك الإضاءة المحيطة بمنطقة المسبح ضعيفة جداً جداً وتحتاج إلى تحسين واضح.

The facilities and the complete privacy.

Everything else was terrible, especially the customer service team—from reservations to the front desk—who seemed determined to make us regret returning to this property. The level of service and communication surrounding our booking was among the worst I have experienced. If I wanted to intentionally damage a business's reputation, I would still struggle to match the poor service we received during this stay. The only exception was one lady who stepped in at the end of this ordeal and genuinely tried to recover the situation. While the rest of the team created problems over several days, she demonstrated professionalism, empathy, and a willingness to help. I would strongly recommend that any hospitality organization looking for talented staff consider hiring this Arabic lady, as her standards of service and professionalism stood out significantly from the rest of the team at Nordic Resort. The size of the villa

The maintenance need to be improved to keep the resort attractive. For example, the clothes washing machine removed from the villa. The clothes dryer machine is available but not working 😕
