Unfortunately, my experience at the resort was very disappointing compared to my previous visits. The overall cleanliness was far below expectations, especially the swimming pool, which was not clean at all. The service was also very poor, and it took a long time for staff to answer the phone whenever we called. In addition, the kitchen was missing many basic essentials and was not properly organized. There were not enough cups, spoons, or proper plates available. Another major issue was the check-in time. Although we paid a premium rate, check-in was only at 4:00 PM, which is far too late. By the time we entered the villa and settled in with our belongings, it was already close to sunset, leaving the children with almost no time to enjoy the pool during daylight hours. Overall, the resort did not meet the standard we were expecting, and I hope management takes these concerns seriously and works on improving the cleanliness, service, and overall guest experience.

الفيلا متهالكه تحتاج صيانه بكل شي الحمام القفل مكسور والستاند للشاور مكسور ، الصاله الكنبات وصخه ومتهالكه ، المسبح مو نظيف والمناشف الي بالحمام ممزقه ، لا يوجد تنظيم لمواقف الفيلا كل يوم نرجع للفيلا نلقى احد صافط في مصفط الفيلا مالنا ونضطر ننتظر لين يلقون منو الي ماخذ المصفط مالنا عشان يشيل سيارته
