Very nice place right next to an awesome ice cream shop! Great breakfast!

Not to be petty, but we did not like the sliding bathroom door in the room.

Breakfast was nice.

The continental breakfast was a major disappointment. The “sausage” was taco flavored and the “chicken” was tasteless. Lumpy grits and watered down orange juice. The hotel itself was very clean and comfortable. I little upgrade to the breakfast would be appreciated by all guests, I’m sure

Had a nice time during a road trip. Beds were comfortable and room was clean. Close to shopping and beach fun.

Good property, good sized rooms, decent value. Bed was not comfortable, but that would be my only complaint

We stayed here during a special family getaway and appreciated the proximity to the beach and local spots. However, a few things made the stay fall short of expectations — especially from a Hilton-branded property. First, the carpet in our room was noticeably dirty. We could feel the trapped grit and grime when walking barefoot, and I actually took a rag to spot clean the floors myself — it was clear they hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned in a while. That alone made it hard to relax with dirty feet. Second, our toddler discovered a sealed condom wrapper under the coffee table near the lamp — not what you expect to find in a family-friendly suite. While it was unused, it was still unsettling and showed a lack of thorough room checks. Lastly, as a Diamond member, I inquired about an upgrade (not expecting it, but hopeful), and although the hotel seemed very under-booked, I was still charged a nightly fee for the upgrade. It just felt like a missed opportunity for a gesture of hospitality. These issues didn’t ruin our trip, but they were definitely things I felt were worth noting. With a bit more attention to detail, this could have been a 5-star stay.

The shower was not cleaned at all. There was dirt in the shower pan and hairs meaning A LOT, many thick pubic hairs. It was disgusting. The desk had nail clippings & dust. GROSS!! I was shocked on how run down the room was, especially with Hilton in the hotel name. Hilton’s are typically nice. The mattress seemed like it was 20 years old, very uncomfortable. I let the front desk person know about how dirty the shower was, he was kinda rude. I would not stay at this hotel again.

Most pet friendly place I've ever been. Wonderful, accomodating staff, comfortable rooms, good breakfast selection. All around good value
