チェクイン時予約がとれていないとの勘違いから、一度ランクアップの部屋を準備、その後ローマ字での予約が入っていたとの事も既に準備の部屋に入っていたのでそのままにしてもらいました。ロケーション良く最適でした。

朝食のビュッフェは満足でしたが、夕食のビュッフェは、驚くほどの物には、少しかけていた。もう少し高級感があれば嬉しい。

"食べ応え充分のビュッフェとバリアフリーの広々としたお部屋で大満足です。"

スタッフもとても丁寧で、お部屋も広くてくつろげました。 本館にとまりましたが別館共に お夜食のラーメン美味しかったです。また是非泊まりたいと思います。

良くなかった点は、ありませんが、部屋着は、浴衣以外にもあるといいと思う。作務衣風とか、 私は、車椅子なので、前がはだけてしまい部屋以外では、着る事が出来なかったので。

お風呂の脱衣所頻繁に掃除して欲しいと思いました！ ドライヤー使うとどーしても床洗面所が髪の毛だらけになってしまうので。
