部屋は広くて綺麗、花火はバルコニーから良く見えた。 お誕生日のお祝いと伝えてあったためか、部屋にタオルでケーキを作ってありメッセージカードも添えてあった。

部屋のお風呂から外が見えるようにガラス張りになっているが、窓の角にクモの巣があったのが残念でした。 広いバルコニーなので、外に椅子とテーブルがあったら良かった。

車椅子の利用を伝えると専用の駐車場やエレベーター近くの部屋を用意してくださりました。 こちらに寄り添った親切な対応をありがとうございました。 スタッフの方々も笑顔でとても感じがよかったです。

客数の割合にしてはエレベーターが小さく、車椅子で乗ってしまうと他の方々が乗れずに申し訳なかったです。
