バイキングの種類が多く、地元食材も使用されていた。部屋の風呂から熱海の街並みと海を望むことができる。

銭湯の脱衣所の湿気がすごすぎてドライヤーで全然髪が乾かない上に、床や洗面所が湿気でビショビショだった。

ホテルチェックインから食事まで少し時間があり、小学生達や幼稚園児の子供達が暇を持て余していたところ、ホテルから出るのは少し気が重たかったのですが、ほんとちょっとしたゲームセンターがありました。お金は飛びますが、笑 それでも少しの時間暇つぶしできました。 ないよりいいのかなって思いました。 120センチ以下のお子さんは遊ぶ施設もあって、ゆっくり遊べそうでした。 ウォーターサーバーもあり、お水を沢山飲みたかったので大変助かりました。 ご飯もおいしかったです！ このお値段のクオリティ、清潔感で妥当かなと思いました。

子供用の浴衣が可愛いのですが、親の手間からしたらはだけてしまうので、浴衣っぽい服でもいいのかなと思いました。 お風呂の脱衣所が異常に寒すぎだと思いました。 クーラーと扇風機がついてるのかな？ 小さい子供にとっても、お年寄りにとってもよくないと思います。 せっかく温まった身体がすぐにすぐに冷えます。

景観は良かった。 施設内は清潔感がありました。 スタッフの対応も良かったです。

大浴場が大変混んでいたせいか、洗い場、化粧台などが順番待ち状態で残念。 脱衣所があちこち濡れていて滑って危ない状態だった。
