"Fantastic, relaxing and very magical."

Great hotel! great location on the hill. A nice climb up from the main bit to be high on the hill, the view was stunning. Federika (sorry if I misspelled!) is lovely although I had trouble communicating: my fault for having terrible Spanish and even worst Italian! This hotel has A/C and hot water, a rarity in Zipolite! Will stay again for sure.

I stayed during a festival and I think room prices were quite high, as everything was sold out. The rooms could use a little upgrade, and I would have liked it if there was a simple breakfast menu / or even breakfast included. But other than that, everything was perfect.

"We enjoyed our stay but would caution the infirm that this is a challenging albeit comfortable hotel."

It is much quieter than the beachfront The pool is salt water so no chlorine. A/C worked well and solar panels provide electric.

The hotel is located up a steep road with many steps to the spacious rooms.
