Americas Best Value Inn & Suites Oroville

The rooms badly need to be remodeled and refreshed. Many things in the room did not work or were broken. Very minimal amenities, more should be offered for the price

Our first room was used and dirty and the second one didn’t come with the couch bead like we needed

We just stayed one night before heading on the lake. Overall really good. Convenient parking outside your room. Great value!

The family found the place comfortable as we were there for the Harambee Festival and the motel was close by. The cleaning women were nice and approachable lol. A big thumbs up to the gals!!

Met my needs. Bedspread had a burn area in the middle.

I liked the friendly staff. The overall aesthetics of the hotel was dated.

I guess you get what you paid for. It was the most affordable during college graduation weekend. The place was clean but I did not feel safe there. My teenage daughter was standing by the door when and old man parked next to our car and he was calling her and I guess he said something to her that she didn’t understand. We were next door with my parents so she called us and my husband went to ask him what did he needed. Of course he said nothing. We weren’t comfortable after that also based on the area and how we saw several homeless around there when we went to pump gas and to the store. Good thing I fell asleep and didn’t hear a thing. One thing is for sure, I will never stay there especially if I have my kids with me. Next time I’ll spend more and or make reservations with more time to get better rates elsewhere.

Room was clean and comfortable, only complaint was the tv remote didn't work and I had noisy neighbors in the room next to me.

Unless you like the idea of spending $140 to share your bed, shower and towels with Cockroaches this hotel is not for you.
