Best motel in oroville ca , there kind , the property is clean, the rooms are so nice , a.c works great .

Out of all the motels in orovilke this ones the best !! All the staff are so kind, ive gotten to check in early which was a big help doing to being dis placed from the fires , the rooms are very spacious, and clean, the air works great in the rooms, a d tgey have a brand new washer and dryer.. ill only rent from this motel whenever i do need to get a room..

Great easy place to stay and very comfy

The first room the bathtub didn’t drain and all this nasty hair came up in it. The next room the tub worked but had cockroaches and to top it off it was over a 100!dollars

NOTES: @ least 4 dead cockroaches (2 in bathroom, 2 in service area, 4” black hair ball on self in service area/closet, No WiFi in room, Bathroom fan screeches, Hair dryer didn’t work, AC could not reach temp and was mechanically noisy, Unable to set microwave clock, Tissue plate in bathroom falls off, Bed stand (L) drawers roll out, 9” (?) mattress on raised metal link bed frame, Bathroom door water damaged and peeling on inside.

This place is a dump. Floor was filthy. Window didn’t lock (I had to wedge something in it). Bed was like a futon. They let someone in my room when I wasn’t there. No security on site. Someone tried to get in my room late at night and we had to call the police. It was a nightmare. Hotels.com should remove this place from their site.

very bad experience! cockroaches in the bathroom and in the main room, also many homeless people sleeping in the hotel parking lot.

The best thing about this property is they're pet friendly.

This is a basic motel. The noise level is disturbing at times

This is just a simple, clean, comfortable model. Really enjoyed the ease and comfiort. The beds were vert comfortable and the staff nice
