Entering the room I could see several insects in and in the the toilet which google lens identified as cockroaches. I checked the bed by pulling back the bedding and saw one spec there also. Also shower parts laying in the bathroom looked like a repair had been made but not cleaned up. I left.

Motel room was clean, simple, could have used more lighting. Surrounded neighborhood had several homeless people walking around. Be careful of your surroundings.

o toilet paper. No soap in dispenser at sink Tub shower filthy ,mold Area was filthy around property. No cups for the coffee. Drug deals in parking lot at night. People running up and down supposed private walk in front of room. Upholstery on chairs ripped. Linoleum floor ripped. No am coffee in lobby. Toilet was disgusting. We stayed because we had a horse to pick up in Bangor

Room was full of roaches

It was ok nothing special but it was clean

1) AC did not work…it was 100 degrees outside. 2) We were given another room…refrigerator had bugs. 3) Bathroom had hair on the walls. 4) Around 10pm the bathtub and toilet backed up as well as started leaking from the bottom. 5) When we were leaving we noticed someone slashed tire. 6) When I chatted with Hotel.com, I was told I could only get a $25 credit, because the hotel offered me a room and I didn’t take it. Yes, they offered us a room and it was filthy! Not only that, they said it was the only room. This is unacceptable. I’m disappointed it you because you allow them to represent you and represent them.

Air conditioning doesn’t work and it was 106 degrees.. first room they gave us wasn’t even ready ( no comforters or sheets), full of flies and dirty. And the second one had flies too and ac unit broken too.. we had to leave after being there for about an hour.
