I will never stay at this crappy hotle again!! Barking Dogs in the ajoining room untill 1:30 am that the managment did nothing about.

The room was super clean. The frig and microwave were also very clean. I would stay again. It was also half the cost of hotels in the area.

The only mark against the stay is not the fault of the property itself; the website claimed that they offer free continental breakfast, but they do not. The manager explained that she had notified the central office many times, but to no avail. Otherwise, the stay was very good. Quiet, clean, spacious room, easy access.

When I entered the room, the room temperature was stifling,hotter inside that it was outside. Worse than that, the bedding had not been changed and was piled in the middle to the bed.I didnt stay long enough to check if the bathroom had been cleaned. The front desk had no maid service to come clean the room and change the bedding, and no other rooms for me to move to, so I cancelled the reservation and had to find a room at another hotel after driving 3 hours to get there. The pictures online must be from 10 years ago because the property had definitely gone downhill from what was shown online. The young gal at the counter was appologetic, but that didnt resolve the problem,so I left.

Clerk was very rude, place felt very unsafe, bathroom was dirty, refrigerator was left with food from previous person that stayed in the room.

Used needles lying around the property. A lot of foot traffic going in and out of rooms! Room was supposed to be remodeled, but yet the water pressure was so low we couldn’t even take a basic shower. Overall that will never be a hotel I ever recommend to stay in again. Would love a full refund of our money!

I love the place. The only thing missing was cleaning details.

Bed were a little hard showers need updated other than that. Everything was good.

I have stayed here several times over the years with my club to fish lake Oroville, and it's clearly gone down hill The weekend we stayed there were random people that were clearly not staying on the property "visiting" a few resident guests. This went on all night long both nights, not to mention a few pit bulls running around off leach. Rooms were gross and dirty, and the lighting was really bad, and none of us had wifi all weekend we were there. Too bad, because this place was decent at one time, but we will NEVER stay there again.
