Very nice breakfast

Modernes Hotel, etwas außerhalb von Downtown Elkhart. Aber guter Ausgangspunkt für diverse Fahrten zu den Zentren des Amish-Lebens.

Have been staying there for few years. Always great.

It set back from the road with enclosed parking. Very nice and clean facilities. Comfortable.

Didn't like that no coffee pot, no microwave.

It was understaffed, and the staff was not frienldly at all. For example, at breakfast when we mentioned that the coffee pot was empty, the staff person acted very annoyed and didn’t even apologize even though we apologized that we needed coffee! Also, the place was extremely noisy. Our room was abominable with no closet and no drawers to put anything….just pegs on the wall. It was so tiny that there was hardly room for two people. There was no space for luggage. There was only one chair for sitting, and it was difficult to maneuver it in the tiny area of our room. What a disappointment when we spent a lot of money for this room. Hilton should be ashamed to have their name associated with a place like this. The building is situated in a rundown area of town. All in all this was a terrible experience. Needless to say, we will NEVER stay at a Tru Hilton again.
