Dirty soft floor boards noisy

The staff was amazing and accommodating

Not bad for one night. could be cleaner and needs some minor repairs

The room was absolutely dirty, the bed sheets were dirty, the walls were dirty, the area beside the fridge was dirty and moldy, the bathroom had garbage (clothing tags and hairballs) on the floor.the floor was falling apart. When we went to report this the front desk looked like we had 10 heads, didnt offer another room and said we would have to wait to call the GM. This was even after showing pictures of the concerns. We asked for another room new sheets etc and ended up just having to check out. We did not get anywhere with customer service for the hotel group either.

The hotel smelt like old saggy socks and smoke in the stair case and halls. My room was the worst. Mold and dirt by the fridge. Floor was messed up. AC unit was jacked up. Hair balls and tags on the floor. Pee stains on the wall. Weird marks in the ceiling. Tables were sticky. Tv barely worked. Cigarette burn marks on the Bedding. Stains all over the sheets. Guy at the front desk was a jerk. Barely spoke english. Did nothing to help us. Don’t go here!
