Econo Lodge Akron Copley Northwest

I did not have clean towels one towel was still folded in the bathroom luckily I had one towel I could use to shower with but had to air dry due to no clean towels

I was given the wrong room despite having a reservation for an extended time. The motel is older and not in the best condition. Also very loud with slamming doors and barking dogs.

I paid for 3 nights lodging for my son. My son could not find his drivers license but had a photo on his cell of his license to provide ID. The property manage would not allow him to stay and has failed to reimburse me for the booking charges. Theft and fraud.

Major water damage, flooring and cabinets ruined, base board trim peeled of wall toilet wobbly.

It honestly was very dirty, not trying to be like that but I sadly could upload pictures one the cleanest

The hotel is fine for a place to sleep

Overall just an absolutely gross property, room and service. I like to sleep outside and would have much preferred to if I had not paid.
