Not very clean, two bugs in the bathroom, shower head sos not function properly.

Wi-Fi was down most of the time I was there. I could not file reports, the Internet was not available, and I had to check out at 4:30 in the morning because of that fact

Upstairs tenants indifferent to keeping property neat.

The location right by the highway way great.

The bathtub has a large stain by the drain that did not look clean. The toilet paper dispenser was rusting and looked dirty. My window faced into the pool area which had very bright flood lights on all night that seeped through the curtains and prevented me from having a dark room.

In any hotel you can get a loud neighbour who ruins the stay, and that happened to us. We had a neighbour keep us awake from 3:30 to 4:30 am with a weird combination of loud phone discussions, loud video clips, and loud sex. Normally I wouldn't hold it against the hotel but in this case is that it was entirely predictable based on what we saw when we checked in late in the day. The place is completely run down and the vibe is extremely seedy. As we checked in we observed what appeared to be a prostitute walk from the rooms and into the bar.
