Super 8 by Wyndham Cambridge/Kitchener/Waterloo Area

Hotel is very dated. Pipes banged all night. Doors paperthin walking down the hall talking. It feels like they’re right next to you. Cable tv didn’t work. Seems like Hotel is used to have some low income, long-term residents. Was only here for the night to sleep and would not use it again

There was a group of people blocking entrance way into hotel because there is also a bar at the hotel,they were kind of rude but hotel staff were exceptional

Absolutely nothing the place was disgusting, we paid for 2 nights and checked out a day earlier and ended up staying with friends at another hotel.

From the moment we entered the hallway to get to our room it smelled really bad, it was like people smoking in the hallways, there was garbage in the hallways, just filthy. Our room was so disgusting, we couldn't unpack our things the drawers were all broken and mold, bathroom was dirty, we went somewhere else to shower.

The location of this hotel was perfect for what we needed. They upgraded our room to a room with a kitchenette and a living room room, which was nice for our stay

We requested early check-in but when we got a confirmation, it said check-in was three so we went online to try and find the phone number to call and we could not find it only the booking phone number so we went to the hotel at 1 o’clock and she said we could check in at 1:30 so we had to leave and came back at three and she upgraded our room which was nice of her. The room could’ve definitely used a deep clean and the cleaner that they used was a bit overpowering for me. The bedding was nice. However the pillows were a little lumpy. It was nice to have a breakfast in the morning, which was OK. Fresh fruit would’ve been an extra bonus.
